Music Buddies

I am the coordinator of the program Music Buddies which provides free music lessons from high school students to children in foster care. Through this program, I have been enlightened in learning about all different types of backgrounds. As both the coordinator and a teacher within the program, I am able to see the impact of this program from multiple perspectives. With this program, I have also held multiple community events to raise awareness for the program and for children in foster care.(remember: and picture with banner and video at christmas event)

Churches

Over the years, I have performed numerous times at various local churches, playing piano, singing, and playing the drums for church services.

Service and Social Society

Through a friend’s program, I have performed at a variety of assisted living homes and memory care centers, entertaining residents with music. Through this program, I also had the opportunity to give a piano lesson to a class of third graders

Holocaust Remembrance

I was chosen to play “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” in a video where a holocaust survivor shared his experiences.
